Keep Fit in the Gym


GymWhat do we do to stay schlank (slim). Many of us will go to the Fitnessstudio (gym) to keep their Traumfigur (perfect figure). It’s no wonder that there is lots of Sportgeräte (sports equipment) and different Übungen (exercises), for example Aerobic (aerobics class) or Yogakurse (yoga class).

Das Laufband (running machine), der Crosstrainer and das Trimmrad (exercise bike) are very good for losing many Kalorien (calories).

Hantelstangen (barbells) and Bauchtrainer (ab trainers) are very good for muscle building.

Those who prefer to do their workout outside will go Joggen (jogging), play Fussball (football) or go on a Fahrradtour (bike ride).
