Fruit is lecker (tasty) and gesund (healthy) Especially now, just before the summer time, everyone tries to lose a bit of weight and the best way to do this is with lovely fresh Früchte (fruit). But which fruit have which Nährstoffe (nutrients) and what kind of positive effect does fruit have on us. We put the different fruits under the microscope.
Zitrusfrüchte (Citrus) fruits are especially rich in vitamin c. They strengthen the immune system and prevent Erkältungen (colds). Oranges also contain minerals, such as Kalzium (calcium), calium and phosphor. Particularly good for the immune system is the grapefruit.
Äpfel (Apples) are the most popular of fruits. They contain over 30 minerals and trace elements and taste really good. Apparently the Fruchtsäure (fruit acid) is meant to clean Zähne (teeth).
Even though Beeren (berrys) are small, they have a lot in them. Erdbeeren (Strawberrys) contain a lot of vitamine c. Blaubeeren (blueberrys) are good for high fever and contain a lot of magnesium. Even Himbeeren (Raspberrys) contain a lot of vitamine c, magnesium and calcium. Calcium strengthens our Knochen (bones) and Brombeeren (gooseberrys) are even able to reduce our blood sugar levels
In Pflaume (plums) there are many dietary fibres that are good for the digestion. In Trauben (grapes) there is a lot of vitamine b and other minerals, which is good for the skin, hair and nails.
Ananas (Pinapple) contains a lot of fruit acid, which is good for burning fat and therefore a brilliant fruit for diets.
